The more RAM a computer has, the more efficiently it can work. However, any software downloaded via the Steinberg Download Assistant can only be used with a matching license. Cubase 5 requires at least 1024 MB of random access memory on both Windows and Mac computers. The Steinberg Download Assistant does not need activation.
